| As part of a city-wide initiative to comply with updated Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations, the City of St. Louis is working to identify and inventory all water service lines throughout the city. This effort is a critical first step toward addressing and eventually replacing lead service lines that may pose health risks to residents. Above and Below Contracting LLC has been contracted by the City of St. Louis to perform these inspections.
