Answer:Those are the old intake towers that used to capture water for our production plant.Built in 1894 and 1915 respectively, both were decommissioned in the mid-20th Century asthe process was modernized. Both were named City landmarks in 1971 and remainiconic parts of the North Riverfront waterscape.
