Natural Resources Charge Increase
The Natural Resources Charge is set by the State of Missouri to help fund their Drinking Water Program. Water Utilities collect this fee on behalf of the State of Missouri. The Natural Resources Charge that is included on our quarterly water billings is scheduled to be increased effective January 1, 2022. All billings after January 1, 2022 will be billed at the new rate. A table of the quarterly amount assessed per connection is below:
