Ameren- Missouri's largest electric utility- provides energy services to approximately 1.1 million customers across the eastern half of Missouri, including the greater St. Louis area.

Charter Communications is a broadband communications company providing a full range of advanced broadband services to the home, including cable television and high-speed internet service.

Laclede Gas is a public utility engaged in the retail distribution of natural gas. The company serves an area in eastern Missouri, with a population of approximately 2.0 million, including the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County, and parts of eight other counties.

Missouri One Call System, Inc. (MOCS) was established as a means to protect underground facilities and assist excavators and utilities in complying with Missouri's statute and OSHA rules. It serves as a single-point of contact by which participating utilities receive location requests.

The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is charged with the management of wastewater and stormwater issues in all of the City of St. Louis and approximately four-fifths of St. Louis County.
