Online Payment Now Available |

On February 1, 2008, the City of Saint Louis began offering online payment of Water Bill accounts. The Water Division and the Office of the Collector of Revenue have cooperated to make this desired service available to our customers. Due to legal restraints regarding payments to the City, fees for this service are necessary. Credit card payments will be charged a convenience fee of $3.95. E-Check payments are charged a fee based on the payment amount. All fees are disclosed on the web page before payment is made. Online payments can be made by logging into your online account using the “Online Account Access” button at the top of our web site at http://www.stlwater.com. |
