The City of St. Louis Water Division would like to congratulate Ronald Dueker, Water Treatment Plant Operator at the Howard Bend Treatment Plant, on being named Operator of the Year by the East Central Section of the Missouri Water and Wastewater Conference.

This award recognizes operators on the regional level who have shown outstanding performance and dedication in their field. Dueker is now one of six individuals in the running for State Operator of the Year, which will be announced at the MWWC Annual Meeting banquet in September or October.

The City of St. Louis Water Division congratulates Dueker, and thanks him for his dedication.
